Jace responds
Ladies,
If you've read Bloodlust V--Midnight Shadows, you know what a rough time I've had lately. As you probably know, I love a vampire fem and I'd do anything to make her happy. But those blood-sucking brothers of hers are going to keep me sleeping with one eye open at night.
Thanks for reading my story and commenting on it. If my heart (an other parts of me) weren't already spoken for, I'd be inclined to get to know some of you up close and personal.
Marilyn tells me she's trying to get Etienne to stop by next. I wish her luck. If you think Tat's brothers are nuts, you should see that nephew of hers. Sometimes I wonder what I've gotten myself into with her crazy family. Then she smiles at me and I know I'd deal with a hundred crazy relatives to keep her happy.
I know. I have it bad, but I'm in love. Or is that bloodlust. Or a combination of the two?
Marilyn just told me Etienne is being difficult so she's asked Jake from Skin Deep to say a few words. If you're wondering who Jake is, he's from the new confession Marilyn is writing. You know Marilyn and her confessions. I'm crazy about her, but just between us, don't you think she's a little strange? Who else would keep coming up with so many confessions that are supposedly the story of one of their characters?
I don't know about you, but I'm beginning to think our Marilyn has a skelton or two in her closet. But don't tell her I said that or she'll start sighing. And we don't want that.
When Marilyn finishes the cover, I'll post it.

Hey there Jace!
It's great to read your message. Very cool!
I just finished reading your story with Tatianna and yes, you've had a rough time of late, but I'm glad that it ended well. And congratulations are in order!
You have joined an interesting family, indeed. I think life will never be dull with them.
I like Marilyn's confessions, so the more she puts out, the better for me. I look forward to meeting Jake.
Oh, by the way, have you decided whether you'll go ahead with the vamp transformation?
Curious,
Paz
P.S. I like that Skin Deep cover. All that tongue action I see going on. ;-)
Paz
Hi Paz
As you know, I've spent a large part of my adult life killing vampires. Now I'm in love with one. While dealing with that I have learn to deal with chances myself. I don't know yet what I want to do or if I want to move forward and on back to what I was.
If I do that, I'll be the man Tat can't resist. If I go forward, I'll be in a better position to deal with Tat's crazy brothers.
Jace
Hey Jace,
As you know I have read your story. I have a few questions that I would love you to answer.
Being surrounded by your potential brother-in-laws and nephews is gonna be an exercise and lesson in patience and control. How are you coping with your in-laws including Palea and their attitude to you?
Have you and Tat set a date? If so, when will we read about the event?
How do you feel about being a full-blood Vampire?
If you decide to become a full-blood, Will this affect your relationships with your own 'family' and Wilfredo?
Are the hunters aware of your physical changes?
If you decide to revert back to being a latent, will you feel disadvantaged by your new family members or will you have other tricks up your sleeve?
Apart from Tat, is there anyone else within her family that you are in the process of building a friendship with?
I would be extremely interested in your answers. I hope that you respond soon.
Jan
Hi Jan
You sure ask probing questions. You remind me of Palea. SHIVER. The grilling she gave me nearly turned my hair white. Getting Tat to admit how she really felt about me was quite a challenge.
Before Tat and I make any big plans, I think we both need to know what I am. This is a strange time for me. I really do hate vampires. Aside from Wilfredo and Tat, they've done nothing but brought me grief.
A large part of who I am is based on the relationships I've built with my sibling hunters. While I know Dawn and Benny will stand by me regardless of what decision I make, I'm not so sure about some of the others. We all do what we do becasue of a hatred of vampires. How can I expect my family to accept anymore possible changes?
As for Tat's family, everyone of them is a nut. Of course her little sister Katie is a fiesty beauty any male would like to get to know, but honestly, when compared to Tat, she's just a pretty baby. Tat's a woman--my woman.
Will Katie and I ever get together again? Probably. It's expected and accepted. Will I go out of my way to make it happen? No. I'll be too busy avoiding those nutty brothers of theirs.
